Cameras (Part 1)

Students will learn how to use cameras in a 3D space.

Activity: Students will watch both parts of this series and re-create all cameras. Once completed, export as an .mp4 and upload it to the classroom for completion marks.

Students will learn how to export their videos using Creative Cloud Media Encoder.

AE CS6 - REVIEW
Export to .mp4

Students will learn how to export their videos using version CS6 to an .mp4 file.

AE Tutorial - REVIEW

Keylight - Green Screen

Students will learn how they can remove the green coloured background from green screen footage using key light effect.

Activity: Students will edit this project file to make it a version of their own. Change how the text comes in, move the graphics around etc. Once completed, export as an .mp4 and upload it to the classroom for completion marks.

AE Tutorial - REVIEW

Masking

Students will learn how to use masking in their videos

Activity: Students will re-create the different masked objects
(1. simple shape mask / 2. multiple shape masks over each other / 3. pen tool shape mask with motion) for their video. Once completed, export as an .mp4 and upload it to the classroom for completion marks. 

AE Tutorial - REVIEW

Rotobrush Tool

Students will learn how to use the rotobrush tool.

Activity: Students will showcase their skills using the rotobrush tool. Once completed, export as an .mp4 and upload it to the classroom for completion marks. 

AE Tutorial  - REVIEW

Speed Up or Slow Down Clips

Students will learn how to adjust the speed of their clips.
 

Activity: Students will re-create this tutorial video showcasing the ability to time map and adjust the speed of your clips. Create a video that has a clip that has been sped up and one that has been slowed down. Once completed, export as an .mp4 and upload it to the classroom for completion marks.
